Mousiey has new type of book for you. It is from an author by the name of FRANCIS PAULI. The name of the book is entitled " BLAME THE BEARER". I rec'd an ARC from this author in exchange for an honest review of her book. This is mousiey's honest opinion of her book. First let me say this, "Thank you very much for allowing me to read your amazing story" I found it very interesting. This is a book that every ya would love to read. Matter of fact I have recommended it to my teenage niece already. Ms Pauli has a unique gift in creating this story. I was totally amazed how she was able to describe to each scene in complete detail so that the reader could actually visualize it . As for her characters, they have so much depth and texture in them -you can see them.
Now here is a nibble of the story---
It starts out with our young man ( who is called Vane and referred to as the bearer) looking for his father. His father is the town drunk, and always in the pub. He is also always stating that he is a king and that his son is a prince. Even though they have no money. Vane attempts to make himself small enough to go into the pub and get his father out with out being seen,But this time- he is caught sneaking in - after a few minutes his father an himself are tossed out. A few days past and he decides to go in search of the heir. When he comes to the town of Glade where he went searching for someone. It seems that Jank wants the Goodmother killed and he thinks he has Vane talked into it. Instead Vane wants to save the Goodmother as she is the one that he id looking for. And knows where the heir is. It comes to pass that the three children Chance, Ami and Lydia are possible heir's - and they will not go without each other.But first, they have to trick Jank to get out of town - they need to make him believe that Vance has indeed killed the Goodmother. So now they are off on there journey to see who the heir is. Along the way they all will be tested. Who will be the rightful heir of the throne?? For this answer you will need to read this tremendous story that will have your imagination going and you on the edge of your seat from the very first page. I whole heartily recommend it for all .
